I've recently had an issue with a buyer. 3 pairs of earings were sent with tracking. The item says delivered but buyer is adamant that's it's not recieved. I've contacted ebay and uploaded the documents, and was told I was covered and wouldn't need to refund.
I've just recieved horrible feedback from the buyer saying we can't be trusted and to avoid us as a seller. We are relatively new to eBay but shop is expanding. Is there anything I can do about the feedback? As its damaging to our business, when we've don't nothing wrong. Thanks.

If you sent with Yodel instead of Royal Mail their feedback is valid. If they are lying about any of it then I’d ask eBay to remove it but otherwise I wouldn’t go there.
You do have to be a bit careful. I’m not judging but as a business you shouldn’t have no returns accepted on your listings.

Thank you for your response. We do use yodel and royal mail depending on the size of the order. We are still learning along the way. Can you add 2 delivary options on ebay? Or is it only 1 you can select.

You can have more than 2. Go to business policies (on desktop) and you can create a policy with lots of variations.
On the eBay app I believe you can only choose 2 postage options so desktop is the best way to do it.
What I do if I need to be vague about the free postage option is I use other 48 courier or other courier 3-5 days.

I can't see any 'recent horrible feedback' on this account, so can't advise whether it is worth asking for it to be removed or not.
Just to let you know that opening a shop is not the same as having a business account. You still need to upgrade your account in order to trade legally.

Last time I looked there were 4 negs.
The latest one appears to have been removed and we are back to 3

Ebay have removed the feedback. We are switching to business account shortly. Thank you

I am amazed they removed that. The cynic in me says it’s because the buyer was critical of eBay as well as you the seller.
