Charged twice for postage

Sold an item yesterday (156507732601) for £14.29 minus £2.94 P&P however my eBay balance this morning shows as £8.41. My order earnings after postage were £11.35 but eBay balance is £8.41 after eBay taking another £2.94 for postage from my balance. This is the second time this has happened now and I let it slide the first time but I ain’t gonna a second time. Any help would be appreciated from community members. Thank you very much in advance.

Charged twice for postage

Hi johnw2144, thanks for your post.

I've just checked for you there, and this looks correct. You were charged for 2 different shipping labels for different orders, one was for the transaction in question, and the second one was for a different order. Because you used the same kind of label, it looks like a double charge as the labels were the same price. However, it was one label for each transaction.

This is all broke down in your payments section, the description of the payment even shows you the order number that the shipping label is related to, so if you double check that, you can see what the charges are for.

Thank you,

Marco
