Delivery three : day one resheduled - reschedule didn't happen, twice. day five, delivered.
Delivery four : day one resheduled - reschedule didn't happen, twice. day four, delivered.
Delivery five : small parcel. Arrived 2 days late on a sunday, I was sleeping. Quick everyone, blame me ! Redelivered on day 5 same day as deliveries 3 and 4, with different driver.
I gave 1 star for them all arriving intact. I'd show you the actual tracking but Evri edits them. They show the failed attempt but not the update and failed attempt prior. Without contacting them, I got an email telling me about how their fantastic company is doing their best promising arrival tomorrow, that didnt happen. I got another email the following day but I was beyond caring and went to sleep.
Seriously dear eBay, dear evri. With peoples jobs on the line, companies having such lack of care...
WHY DON'T YOU LISTEN ? I had great service from hermes until jsut before it changed to evri. There are people out there who now avoid your companies, becaase they hate you and how you treated them. The yes man mentality on these forums doesn't change anything, it just adds insult to injury. Sometimes people have real passion in what they are doing... where on earth is yours ?

And all you employees of eBay who are afraid to escalate matters. I know.... that's how toxic it is working here. Many companies are exactly the same. But out of all of them, I have found eBay to be the most ignorant.
