So I had to create a new account on ebay But I have been selling items and now ebay wants to verify my bank details it wont let me do that yet I am owed money by ebay but can't get paid unless I open a new bank account
So my issues with eBay are as follows
1) If they can take money out of my bank account then surely they can pay money in?
2) To me the issue/conflict is that Because my bank card was already used on the lost account there is a conflict but ebay denies this
3)Ebay are saying that I have to open a new bank account as they can't verify my bank details? Why can't they verify my bank details/account I do not understand why?
4 Every time I try to verify the bank details it just sends me around in circles
SO how I stand at the moment with eBay is this
So I have lost my previous ebay account because my laptop went wonky on me and I and had to reset it but forgot to write down and copy user name and password so can't log into that ebay account
So I created a new account and sold items which ebay owe me money for but because I can't verify my bank account (Do not understand why ebay can't verify it, as it just keeps sending me around in circles) so can't verify my bank account????
And now as I am blocked from selling or getting paid for items sold I have just cancelled 3 x items yet now it is saying that I have to refund the buyers even though I have not actually received any such payments for the cancelled/bought items??? which is totally unfair
eBay want me to open a new bank account I do not want 2 bank accounts just because eBay can't just close my previous account even though I am giving them permission to do so as I can't do it because I have forgotten my user name and password Bloody joke
So can't get paid the money owed too me by eBay and it is not worth selling items if I am not going to get paid for them and can't cancel items unless I pay refunds even though I have not received any such payments for the items
SO what do i do???
