So I sent a item which wasn’t received to the buyer in time they opened up a claim so as the tracking was showing it kept going back and forth to the same depo I thought it possibly would come back to me and wasn’t going to them so I refunded the buyer. The next day they received it ! The buyer said if I re list it she will pay it which I did, I put the tracking details in the original one as obviously she received it with that tracking but now eBay are holding my payment for 30days ! Is there anything I can do as it is showing the tracking is incorrect ! (The item was sent by post office and the cashier had put the wrong post code originally on the tracking information although the parcel address was correct)
