I have some funds on hold for 170 days because my account has been restrcied, However this period of time has been passed and now eBay asks me to add bank details in order to send my money but it seems that the restriction still didn't let me add the bank account. and when I contact ebay "customer care" I chat with a stupid agent I ever seen. she even didn't read my message like I'm chating with a robot.
Now eBay are you gonna scam me?
