I sent the item almost 3 weeks ago, but the status is still “dispatched”, so the funds are held. havent had any complaints from buyer, so I presume that he’s recieved the item.
(and i’ve missplaced the post office receipf, referwnce number!! 🤦🏻♂️)
You should have been paid initially probably the next day after the sale as the new system isn't in place yet.
New " funds held" ... untracked - 14 days ... Tracked 48 hours AFTER considered successful delivery.
It is best to keep postal receipts and tracking postal references for the future. If you upload them onto the system you would have a record ( even untracked postal receipts have a reference number which can be entered onto the system)
