Seller verification ID

I have been asked by eBay to provide proof of ID.

I sent my most recent passport (expired 2022) - IT WASN'T ACCEPTED 

I don't have a driving license as I have never driven 

I sent a photo of my Birth Certificate (issued at birth - in the UK) - IT WASN'T ACCEPTED 

Can someone please tell me what will

I don’t have plans to travel abroad but got it for identification purposes.

No they are not employed by eBay we are ordinary people who have been on eBay along time

I wasn’t happy either forking out on a passport.  As last time I had a passport I had one with mums on her passport. The cheaper would be a provisional driving licence but I can’t renew that now as had to get some form of ID  to get into Download Festival in 2013.
