Posting problem

I listed an Item two weeks ago, and it sold a week later, I posted it last Sunday via Evri tracked 24hr deliver and the buyer has recieved it and happy.

However my money is still pending five or six days later. I think the issue is.....In my nievity I just quickly listed the items as I usually do but Ebay seems to be expecting me to use the Ebay/Royal Mail parcel delivery method, so thinks the item has not been posted or recieved. I cannot find one single option to mark as posted etc so my cash is in "limbo".

What can I do, any help would be very much appreciated

See if you can add the new tracking to the order by going to the Order Details > Postage > dropdown menu (beside track package) > Add Tracking > + Additional Tracking Number.

If not contact ebay and ask them to do it.   You can use callback on here:
