Payouts being used for postage

Friday and Saturday sales all the proceeds have been eaten up as eBay are using my balance to buy postage labels- further delaying any payouts due today tomorrow and Wednesday, how is this fair using Fridays balance to pay for postage on Monday.

It maybe worth upgrading to a business account, with 11k of sales and over 300 followers, then the new rules will not apply.

How is it not fair?  You have to pay for the postage somehow.

My research is suggesting this maybe intended. Possibly another push by eBay for sellers to use Simple Delivery.

It should be taken out of the pending amount for that item - that would be fair. Holding £3.39 that the buyer paid for postage for item X, and then taking the funds from a cleared payment from item Y to pay for postage is not fair. It's also bad bookkeeping!
