How do we get eBay to change back?
I’m ready to grab my torch and pitch fork.
I will admit it’s my own fault for not being more prepared because I didn’t realize it would be this bad. Because there is as far I can see nothing that I as a seller can do to help speed up the funds release.
It’s ridiculous, surely I’m missing something because how can there be nothing at all in regards to raising a dispute to get the money from delivered but unmarked orders.
I have had to go on time away and pause sales, because the money is just piling up and not being released.
Not until the 20th onwards, despite one of the items having already been delivered and the buyer has left feedback about it. It’s been over two days but since it wasn’t marked as delivered. No payment still.
In hindsight. I have now changed all my listings to tracked 24 but I doubt it’ll make much difference but it’s worth a try because the old standard posting clearly is a no go now.
Look here is the thing, I don’t mind having to wait, it’s more the principal of the thing.
Funds are in jail until the jailer unlocks the cell. That’s what it going to be from now on. Right?
My main question here is that I just want to know if there is someway for me to dispute the payment hold ? Based on delivery but unmarked as such. I’ve got the feedback to prove it has been delivered as the buyer left it upon delivery but I know eBay ignore that.
I just feel so lost and isolated now that eBay are essentially treating us private sellers as untrustworthy pieces of dirt.
