Payments on hold due to more details - but I had pending funds incoming before?

Hi everyone, hope you can help.

I recently had a few orders in the same day on ebay, and a few hours later I received a notification saying that 'Your payouts are on hold until you update your account details. Please update by 23 May, 2025 to avoid further restrictions.'

I was curious, do my payments that were pending before I received the notice still come onto my account on the date they say they're supposed to come into my account or do I need to update my details as it will block those transactions too? I am not adding my details for now due to personal reasons.

Have Ebay asked for your NI number or asked you to confirm your identity?

They are allowed to do both of these things under the user agreement.

Your were selling incorrectly on your account by selling electronically delivered items in the 'video games' category with a fake postage option so your account was in danger of being restricted in any case.
