Payment when do I get my payment ?

Sold an item the buyer paid instant and I cannot get my money, what is going on, Ebay are keeping our money for the interest

The new system relies on tracking showing delivery,  if it does, then the payout will be released 2 days after that delivery date.

With no tracking,  the payout is held for 14 days.

At the end of February, items of a value £10 or less will not require tracking, an here,  if feedback is left it will release the payout sooner.

The medal has been delivered with tracking, I have a photo of it at the door. And the buyer is very pleased and left me good feedback.

Then unless you have any existing holds,  for example if you are a new or returning seller,  then your payout should be released to you 2 days after that delivery date.

If it's not and it is timed to the second,  contact eBay Customer Services,  give them the tracking number showing delivery and ask if your funds can be released.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
