Hi everyone,
I'm new to selling on eBay and I'm facing an issue with payouts. I've made three sales over a month ago but haven't received a payout yet.
Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be a normal process for new sellers, or is there something I might be missing? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!"

As a new seller all payments you receive will be subject to payment holds until you prove yourself as a trustworthy seller
If you only sell occasionally or intermittently then your payments may stay this way
They will eventually be released

eBay have none of your selling history, so they need proof that items sold, and money received, that the item has been delivered to the buyer.
If you have tracking to show delivery, this will release that initila hold, sooner for you.
Also, you must fully an correctly register for eBay' s Managed Payments, this too, if not completed , can cause a hold on your payouts.
See here:

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services, who have full access to your account, and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.
Contact them this way.
Scroll to the very bottom of the page on the link below you will be able to access eBay Customer Services through the Contact Us link.

I have been an ebay seller for years since they have stopped accepting american express they asked me to update my bank details with alternative I've now done this twice and still getting emails from ebay requesting I need to update. Am I missing something? Why can't we get anyone at ebay on the phone, very irritating.

@2015-holmw: Unfortunately eBay do not provide site users with a contact number. In some ways this is understandable - given that there are hundreds of thousands of site users, many of whom may well be dissatisfied with the service received and wish to speak to eBay directly, if eBay were to provide a contact number they'd more than likely receive so many phone calls that the sheer number of people calling them would end up jamming the switchboard!
If you wish to contact eBay Customer Services you can request a call back by clicking on the link provided here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid. The lines are open between 8:00am and 10:00pm from Monday to Friday and between 9:00am and 6:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. However, I would recommend contacting eBay Customer Services first thing in the morning, as that way you've got a stronger chance of getting a call back from an eBay representative in Ireland, as opposed to one of the eBay representatives in eBay's Philippines-based customer service centre if you were to leave it until later in the day.
If you do manage to get a call back from an eBay representative explain to him/her what's gone wrong with your account and ask if he/she could help you to resolve the issue. If you get lucky and receive a call back from an eBay representative with an ounce of sense then you should be able to get the problem sorted.

myriad*seller gave the correct advice at the time(August),we are neither psychic nor given advance notice of eBay upcoming changes,it wasn't guesswork and the payout rules have only recently been changed.
