Items Tracked and Showing Delivered. Not showing as delivered on Ebay

Hi All,

             This week I have encountered an issue where sent Items have been sent tracked Royal Mail and shown as delivered with photo. My seller sold items page is still showing as not delivered several days later. Has anyone else had this problem?. Is this a sign of things to come with Ebay holding payments until shown as delivered.

Any thoughts

There is an ongoing thread about this issue with Ebay's employee Kat input & updates.

Having the same issue. Have no idea what to do. It’s very frustrating. It says it can take up to 21 days. It can’t be right for eBay to hold on to our money.

Hi Yes its happening to me too. I cant get a message through to ebay either they are playing stupid!!! Im owed £169 and 3 of the items are showing not delivered when Ive had feedback from they buyer saying how nice the item is. If the item never shows as been delivered I will never get my money!!!

Very frustrating but never get your money is not correct, if  a tracked item shows no delivery it is treated as untracked so 14 days to get your money.

There are longer but that is nothing to do with this policy they are holds at account level.

Hi.
For some reason money is being paid nearly 2 weeks after item delivered.
If you had item tracked you can go to Royal Mail website and see photo of item being delivered and check the tracking number is the same as the one you have. If it is different you can change it on your eBay page.
If it isint tracked it’s just a waiting game. You will be paid but not for a couple of weeks.
I don’t understand what’s happened but you will eventually get paid.

None of mine are updating on ebay I have to call them and then they put them through but none have updated since this started I send all my items tracked now, how can you have a different tracking number?

This is not a good way I have £191 sitting in my account some of this is postage money.
