Payments to private sellers

Ebay's new policy to withhold payments even after delivery is outrageous. I live hand to mouth with my sales on Ebay  as a pensioner and the fact I have to wait for my funds to replenish items I sell just means I am unable to trade. This policy again attacks sellers and will come back to bite Ebay. Once again its all about the buyers. When will Ebay learn that without sellers, there will be no buyers. Coupled with not letting Sellers leave Negative or Neutral feedback, Life trading on Ebay is like living in Nazi Germany.

Private sellers just sell their own items. If you are buying things to sell, you should be registered as a business. On the plus side that would mean no hold on you payments, no buyer protection fee added to your listings and no threat of Simple Delivery becoming mandatory. On the down side, it does mean you will have to pay fees.
