i bought a wind screen wiper? it arrived . but not the right product it had no grip internally so it would not fit the motor only hover over it.
at first they offer £3.50 . i refused then £4.50 i refused again i told them i want a full refund . then i was offered £6, it is simply a wrong product, i don't need it , they made a error , i asked for the original arm i ordered no response to that request,??
there return address is a c/o address strange for a company, to have a c/o off address and no co name??
i have sent them my PayPal account for the return label , i am again awaiting there response,

Stop the messages and open a return request ASAP for a full refund ---
