been a seller on here for 20 years and im seriously struggling with ebay the past 12 months as a company and the customers on ebay, from continously screwing me over and bleeding me dry with fees/charges and paying me a week later with ridiculous excuses
once again ive recieved another "buyers remorse" return were a story was just completely made up, thankfully the laptops usually get returned in full working order, ebay always sides with the buyer no matter what happens even if they are completely in the wrong, one person put a screwdriver through the screen and and apparently this was MY fault even though the customer said they did it, ebay decided it was best to refund the customer and refuse to refund the fees as apparently im not allowed them
my seller level for 19 years was top rated and now the past 12 months has been below standard because they keep giving me terrible customers which are unbearable to deal with, as ive said above i am not getting this on any other platform just ebay
how is everyone else coping with this? im losing my mind!
