send money to customer for return

Not sure if I can but I refunded a buyer and did not think and did not pay for the item to be returned, is there anyway to do this, or do I just send the cash thanks

Risky once the refund has been made as you have no way of forcing the buyer to return the item.

If it was not as described then you should have send a pre paid label for the return and only refunded once you had it back.

i would not send cash as the buyer could just keep it and still not return.

You could by a pre paid label from RM or a courier.
