Immediately after receiving information about the sale of the duvet set, I wrote a message to the buyer. I asked which bedding pattern he chose, but I received no answer. I tried to contact the buyer several times but I did not receive any response, so I could not send the bedding. Later, the buyer opened a request on eBay. I responded immediately and when I received the response, I sent the purchased item. It was December 3, 2024. The buyer did not confirm receipt of the item. I added a photo of the confirmation of sending by Royal Mail. eBay closed the case and returned the money to the buyer. Why???? ? I have neither money nor bedding? How do you treat sellers? Do you only trust fraudster buyers? Please reply in detail?
