Assuming you've sent it back via ebay you can escalate your case at least 3 working days after you started it. Go to the return case, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.

Did you open the correct return case, for the wrongly received item? You need to enter the tracking number into the case you opened.
On receiving the case, the seller should have accepted the case and sent you the return tracked postage for the item's return within 3 days. On receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.
If they do not refund when those timelines lapse, escalate the case, ask eBay to step in and they'll force the refund.
