hi i’m just wondering if that’s allowed? i posted strawberry shortcake mini figures on my account that is still in my possession (they haven’t bought anything) yet another seller is using my pictures as the description on the same item? a review on their account a person claims the box was opened and clearly on my pictures it wasn’t. is this allowed?

It is allowed, under the agreement we all signed when selling on here, we agreed that anyone can use our photos or descriptions and even eBay can use photos for their library if they wish.
It's nice if a seller asked first, polite to do so but not mandatory.
In my humble opinion, I think it's not only a lazy move but not actually photographing and describing the actual item for sale, can lead to a case for item not as described.
