refund

So Iam just so confused regardinga refund which eBay has issued and paid out but there is an outstanding payment I ordered three items in two orders but the post code was wrong so items/parcels sent o wrong address  I requested a refund and eBay paid out but it was only for the price of two items not threeNoe I ahve ontacted ebay but they just wont understand what Iam telling them taht a paymnent/refun for one item is missing but they keep confusing the items price for onethat ahs already been paid out in teh refund I jst can't get them to undertsnad what Iam saying Ievensuggested that they look at my purchases page and it quite clearlt proves what Iam saying that they have missed out paying for one item

Andnow I ahve messages from the seller who it no longer has anything to do with them as all ebay needs to do is payout for the item that hasn't been refunded for???!!!  Can anyone help me o get eBay to understand what Iam saying as it is right there infront of them but they keep referring to the wrong item?? This is driving me nuts as tried 3 times now and still they do not understnad All they have to do is to refund me for the third item as tehy ahve already paid out for the other two items  How is this so hard to understand for them???

Re: refund

If you made two orders, then 2 cases needed to be opened not one.

Are you still within 30 days of that order's last estimated date for delivery?  Then, open the relevant case for that order.  When you say the seller is no longer on eBay are you seeing ' Unregistered seller' ?  This means eBay have removed the seller from their site,  and you do need their help opening that case.

I know you have had issues with CS understanding the problem,  but I strongly recommend contacting CS first thing when the lines open for ' live agents'  8 a.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. on weekends,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering,  only speak to them.  It's a Call Back option so you'll hear if it's the dulcet tones from the Emerald Isles.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

If the 30 days have lapsed you will need to turn to your payment provider for help with that refund.
