Can I still sell a mitre saw with collection only as it's very heavy?

My listing for the above has been hidden, can I still offer collection only and age verify the buyer when they collect myself?

Ebay does not have the facility for sellers to allow collection only for bladed items.

When selling allowed bladed products, sellers need to comply with any applicable laws and regulations, including the following: 

• Bladed products must be sent using a carrier that provides domestic, age-verified delivery. This needs to be visible on the eBay listing, with sellers selecting only appropriate age-verified delivery services

Thank you but the item is very heavy which is why I went  for collection only.

 I have decided to delete the item from my seller list but I cannot  access the button, I get a no entry sign. This maybe because I have raised an appeal

Why is it that eBay shows listings for saws exactly like mine for collection.
Surely the ban should apply to all saws
