refund for ubused label bought from ebay shipping

i bought ebay shipping label for royal mail delivery but it was not accepted by post office due to weight issue. then bought a new one to post item m want refund for  my unused label

Go to orders, select Postage labels on lefthand side, then click on Actions dropdown menu for the label and select cancel or void Label.    However, if you have Simple Delivery on your listing you may not be able to cancel it.

If the other tracking number is there see if you can use the Edit Tracking link next to the item.   If not contact ebay and they will change it for you. You can use callback on here:

This is how to receive a full refund for the unused postage label.  You may need to wait 24 hours for it to appear before able to cancel it for your refund.

Find your label with this link

 https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub and to the left of the sales record there is a drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click on 'Void Label'.

The refund will take between 5 - 21 days to process.

If you cannot manually enter the new tracking number you may need to contact eBay Customer Services and they can do it for you.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
