Listing not accepted due to issue with postal method selected

I was trying to complete the 2nd of three very similar listings for batches of posters.  The first uploaded perfectly.  Despite all the main elements of the second listing being identical, it was refused and a red banner told me to check on postage / delivery info selected.  I went through various options but with no progress.  I've had to save draft and I've not missed preferred start of auction time.  This is very irritating.  Any clues on how to get round the automated blocking system?  I've already included details of postage and estimated cost in the item text so the potential buyer will know what they're total costs are likely to be.

Identical listings are not allowed, if you have 3 items, you have to wait for first to sell before listing the second.

If you really need to list change the details slightly.

Usually if an identical item gets listed in error it is hidden until first sells, then becomes live..
