I should've sent two purchased items as one package but tried to send individually not realising that both had the same label details. One has gone as per but I'm struggling to see how I can get a second and a completely new label for the second item...anyone help?

You'll have to buy the postage for the second one yourself, eg. at your post office.    

Then change the tracking number at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.   That has to be done on a desktop browser. 

If you have problems changing the tracking the payment will be held for 14 days.
