posting guitar neck

I need to post a guitar neck which is 67cm long. The only option with Simple delivery is a medium parcel which has limit of 61cm. Anyone else come across this problem of sending "longer" items. The Royal Mail website offers the facility to post the item as a "tube", but this isn't available on Ebay.

You're supposed to be able to opt out of SD for large items during the listing process so you can choose your own postage.   It isn't working at the moment but see the solution on here:
