Seller gone quiet?

What can I do about a seller who won't provide collection details for an item costing £200, refund has been refused by Ebay and a delivery date has been sent. It was never to be delivered it was always to be collected.  I've sent 3 requests for collection postcode,  never been answered.  Where do I go for help.

You only have 30 days from estimated delivery date to open an official  'Item not received' case below --- follow the instructions carefully and escalate to eBay on day 4 for their assistance >

Outside the 30 day timeline ? --- your Bank/Card issuer should advise re:- Chargeback.

As advised, even though it is a collection only item, you can (should) open a case through Ebay to say you have not received your item.

You have a delivery date.

One day after that date, open an 'item not received' case.
