payments on hold due to issues with collection

On Monday 10th I had a product collected and I entered the 6 digit code. However I still haven't been paid. I found out that this is because in the "payments" section it wishes for it to be dispatched and delivered before i get my money. However, on the rest of the website, it shows as having been successfully collected. Any ideas on what's wrong and how to fix it?

If the code was scanned or manually entered by you the seller when collected, then it should be released within 24 hrs, so contact ebay here and ask for the payment to be released, eBay Customer Service
