mark order as dispatched without buying a prepaid label

Hi hope everyone is well,

I was wondering if anyone had some advice as I am trying to mark a sold item as dispatched however the only option I have is to buy a prepaid postage label? I have just noticed these past few days that it will only let me choose simple delivery on listings which doesn't work for me as I ship items myself not through ebay prepaid labels and therefore have this issue of not being able to mark it as dispatched or see the buyers address.

Any advice is greatly appreciated,

Only way round this is to print ebay label and pay, that will give you address, then cancel the label to get refund.

If you then want to add tracking you will need to edit the ebay tracking already loaded. You are unlikely to be able to mark as dispatched.

Simple postage is far from simple but ebay does not see that, it only sees £ signs.

You are making items to sell so should be registered as a business seller.

Once you are properly registered, you won't have to use Simple Delivery and can list items with your choice of postage.
