hello does any body have any idea as to why when i list something say for instance £15 ,that when i look at my things for sale ebay seems to have put on a higher starting price ?.and can i alter it.thank you.

Private sellers on ebay are now subjected to the new Buyer protection fees brought in by ebay on Feb the 4th,so a buyer won't see the increase but a seller will.
