item delivered and the cutomer requeted for refund as item not delivered

hi all.. it happened first time in 6 months. we have shipping handling 1-5 working days. customer palced order on friday and on monday he started messaging i havnt recieved tracking . i responded professionally and he was becoming aggresive. then he involved the platform as item not delivered and requested for refund. item was delivered and he was also refunded and gave negative review... can anyone please advise and guide

Did you not add tracking as you shipped the item? If so the tracking would have been automatically added to the sale and your buyer wouldn't have had to ask for tracking.

How do you know the item was delivered? Did the tracking show as delivered?

 

Did your buyer open an ebay Not Received case? Or did they just ask you for a refund?

 

If a Not Received case had been opened and tracking showed delivery your buyer would not have been refunded at all.
