if i cancel my shop with 500 items .will the listing dissapear or will they carry on

i am a private seller just a hobby and as the new sytem of buyer protection racket and keeping my cash as all my items rose with the 75p fee and 4% which means NO sales so if i cancel my shop [£19.99 a month ]will my listing still be on my site or will they be wiped and i will have to start again as just a private seller with 300 items.its useless trying to contact ebay as its just a chat bot

Having a shop does not make you a Buisness seller, your a "Private" seller that needs to upgrade to a Business seller so you comply with ebay policies 

Closing your shop will keep your listings active until sold,or they end due to the applied dates

To upgrade your account:

Go to Account settings in My eBay.
Select Personal information.
Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.

You can keep your existing listings as a private seller

having a shop does not make me a business seller it makes me see my items ive collected and added to then sell then buy other items i like the displays im not bothered about what the cash they bring i just like the display .so if i close my shop will ebay dilete all my items then ill have to start again thats im bothered about i know ebay is taking money off everything and sellers have had sales drop thanks to the buyer protection racket . and the fact we have to wait almost two weeks for cash from items we sold [this stops me buying more ]ebay seems to be destroying the little person selling i have ither items on facebook now an have clicked onto vinted am also a member of ebid.
