help with possible lost parcel

I posted a parcel with Evri last week the tracking says it tried to deliver on Friday and Saturday the lady has now messaged to say she still has not received the item and that she had re-directed her parcel to a pick up point not to the address I posted it to

She is now saying if I don't contact Evri and find out where her parcel is she is going to report me to eBay 

Is it down to me to find parcel if she re-directed it?

Does anyone have any advice on this please

What does the tracking state on the evri website. If a parcel has be rerouted it should state this.

secondly how did you send the item did it involve simple delivery or was it your choice? Answers given wil be slightly different depending on your answer here.
