Purchased 21 march 25. order no 23-12839-37711. This has had very little use and now will not switch on. have tried to contact seller as I think it should be guaranteed but they have not replied.

You cannot report this to eBay as they do not offer warranties or guarantees on items, just that they are just as described on receipt.  If they are not,  a buyer has 30 days under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy,  to return the item for a full refund.

If you bought this from a Private seller you are too late to claim a refund.  You could try your payment provider,  they may be able to help with your refund ?

If purchased from a registered UK business, who offered a guarantee and is now not upholding this,  then turn to Citizens Advice for your next steps,  if you wish to take this further.

If it was a business seller, have a look at one of their listings and the 'About' section.  There may be a business address, email and phone number.

If they are not responding to Ebay emails, try a phone call or even a letter explaining the issue and what you expect them to do.
