goods not arrived

I have been refused a refund from buyer and eBay for goods not received. Been in touch with the courier today they have said they never had a parcel for me at my address. So the seller just did not send anything out to me, but is refusing to even comment now let alone give me a refund. eBay just says the case is closed any ideas what I can do ?

Ebay would only close the case if the seller had tracking proving delivery to your address.

If you opened a case and the seller provided tracking, what does the tracking show?

If the courier has confirmed that they did not deliver to you, then you should appeal the case.

If the appeal to Ebay fails, you can try your payment provider.
