Hi. I was scammed on eBay!!! They sent me the wrong item!!! They ripped me off!!! The item is in poor condition. I tried to return it through Royal Mail, but the seller didn't leave an address!!! I need help!!! I want my money back!!! The seller doesn't respect his work on eBay and is very rude to his customers!!! Please block him and force him to return my money.
It is up to you to use the tools supplied by ebay to return and get a refund.
Have you never read the money back guarantee on every listing.
Returning not using the system means you have no way of enforcing a refund, as ebay will not get involved.
