ebay pay outs

i have not recived a ebay payout since the 5th feb, we send everythink tracked, items have been delivered, but ebay seem to be holding funds , they should release thsee 2 days after delivery is shown.

i am waiting on £100s to be released , why is this

eBay are currently experiencing an issue with tracking on some items not updating.

I'll tag Community Manager dave@ebay   who is dealing with this,  and he can add your account to the ' bug ticket'.

Do they show as delivered on ebay's systems?

If you have tracking online to show delivery that hasn't updated on ebay, then contact ebay customer service here, as ebay say they can release the funds eBay Customer Service
