Getting paid

I made a sale and have sent the item, not through eBay print label or WR code but with evri

it wont let me press ‘dispatched’ actually no option on this sale

it says still to be posted? 
how do I get paid as it appears on this transaction it had to be posted another way?

If you used your own postage rather than the simple delivery option, which automatically updates for you, then Go to Orders > Awaiting Postage, > View Order Details to mark as dispatched

You need to finalise the transaction now only on the Seller Hub here:

Go to Orders >> Awaiting Postage, click on the item then top left on View Order Details.

Far right from More Action drop down menu click on ' Mark as Dispatched' if you have it, add any tracking number there too.

If there are issues on the app / mobile browser,  switch if you can to a PC / laptop to manage the above.  Chrome seems to work well with eBay.
