Ebay refused to list my item because they say it is a medically prescribed device however there are many identical items currently listed with several having been sold within the last 24 hours.

Are sellers in the UK, as rules vary from Country to Country.

However if sellers are in the UK, they may be Business Sellers allowed to sell or it may just be they have not been reported yet.
