eBay won't accept my bank account when selling things,its annoying ,I dont have another back account,then it means I cant sell my Iphone

What bank are you using? Not all banks are acceptable to ebsy.

Is this a Savings account ?  eBay will only allow current  or business accounts to register for eBay's Managed Payments.

Suits Me is not a bank. It's an electronic money institution authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. You will note that they describe themselves as "an alternative to traditional banking".

That will be the reason,  An account which is being described as ' an alternative to a bank account' , would  not be accepted.
