eBay is NOT a fair marketplace for buyers when a buyers compliant feedback removed

I just had my worst experience with eBay. I won 2 bundles of diecast motorcycles in 2 separate auctions, seller posted these combined via Evri and I paid £7.95 postage cost. I was happy to do this as both auctions were won at a cost far below what the seller sells these for as fixed price listings. However Evri claimed they couldn't find my address and parcelwas sent back to the seller. I explained to the seller that it is the same address i use with all my purchases with no issues and asked for it to be resent using a different courier. Seller agreed with me having checked my address on google maps and found it to be valid, they stated very clearly in the opened item not received case that the parcel would be sent again by express delivery and with a different courier. Seller sent it again but used the same courier Evri again because the got a free label to resend it off Parcel2go. I argued that this did not show a commitment to get this to me as using the same courier would likely result in another failed delivery. Seller claimed in their words "Evri had the highest rate of successful deliveries" and are most trusted so i shouldn't worry. I asked for the tracking number and I was given a parcel2go reference number and asked touse this instead so i head tothe parcel to go site copy and paste this number only to discover it was for a delivery made by evri on the 28th of January which was 5 days before my purchase was made. I come back to seller and say, hey you gave me the wrong ref number but they said no its correct and on their end they can see its movement to me. So i say please give me the courier tracking number which they provide but when i used this on the Evri site it states the trackingnumber provided was not associated with my postcode. I get back tothe seller in the case to demand an explaination and was told "maybe i was not putting in my postcode correctly" which of course is not the point as if i don'tknowmyown postcode. I remind the seller that they promised touse a different courier but reneged on that but all i want are the items i bought or similar replacements as i see they had other similar lots listed. Seller agrees with me but 2 days later says parcelis to be returned tothem again as buyer refused the delivery. (Honestly NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS MADE by Evri and even my postcode was not associated with the tracking number given by the seller. I had enough so clicked the "AskeBay toStep in" button for a refund which was granted in my favour. I then reported the seller to eBay as i suspect the seller didn't want to send this to me given the low price and i did this using the report seller tab then called it a day. After all done, a few days later I was still bewildered and decided to leave feedback of my experience for both purchaees. My Feedback left was non abusive and did not violate any eBay policies. I merely stated the facts so other members would be aware of this sellers tricks and of my experience but eBay removed both feedbacks left for no reason. I contacted eBay support and a kind gentleman told me he could see my feedback did not violate policy but no reason was given by the person who removed it for its removal. I asked for both feedbacks to be reinstated as it is my right as a buyer to leave feedback but he said once removed feedback cannot be reinstated. What i don't understand is

1. eBay can see the tracking number the seller provided within the case which is not associated with my postcode and the Parcel2go reference number which is for an entirely different delivery made by Evri BEFORE I even purchased. Seller even admitted to receiving the same error message from the Evri site in a member to member message he sent me after case was closed. If eBay customer service can see all this information and still remove my feedback, then did they think this seller treated me fairly hence the removal of both feedbacks?

2. Feedback is a buyers right to share their expeerience by removing feedback that doesn't violate policy, what happened to my rights as a buyer??

Thank you for taking the time to read this and sharing your views.

It would help us to know exactly what you wrote in that feedback as it doesn't have to be abusive to be removed,  but it must have broken some feedback rule and the seller then asked for it to be removed.

You must not mention anything about refunds,  cases or any eBay involvement those break feedback rules.

As said, hard to answer not knowing exactly what was said, once removed though it cannot be reinstated.

Thank you for taking the time to reason this out with me. I can't remember everything I wrotein feedback as i must admit the first feedback left was quite lengthy as I had used all 500 characters permitted, so it did contain some words mentioned like, a case was opened, I asked eBay step to in for a refund which i got etc but these are fact based occurances truthfully expressed as a buyers experience in feedback. However I left another feedback for the second bundle which was short and simple. If i recall  it was something like "Not a very good experience with this seller unfortunately I cannot recommend" it may not be exactly the words used, but along these lines with no defamation of character, abusive words, personal details or policy violations. Furthermore if you check above, you will see that i have attached a screenshot of my earlier chat session with an eBay representative where he clearly states he had read my feedback which was removed and he couldn't find any policy violations or a reason for its removal which is what baffles me.
