If I am told a buyer has made an offer that inlcudes your Buyer Protection Fee then it is clearly NOT an offer to me - thats not rocket science, why wont you change this stupid system you have implemented.
Buyers still dont get that when they make an offer the seller doesnt get the amount they are offering - for the love of God change your algorithm so it doesnt seem like a con for sellers.
Im so sick of eBay keeping this going as long as possible becuase they know it makes them more money.
