they are trying to deliver to the wrong address again they say they attempted delivery but missed me  but was in all the time how do i contact them or complain to e bay mick

Have you registered the correct delivery address on your eBay account?  A seller will only address a parcel with the name and address eBay provide,  and that's the one you have on the delivery address in eBay.
