dear all
I have received two charges on my debit card from ebay. i have checked my ebay account and the purchases have not been from my account. how can I cancel these payments?

I presume you mean debited to your bank account.
If you did not authorise them, speak to your bank.

If they are small amounts it could be part of ebay's verification system. See "Using microdeposits" on here:https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/getting-paid/registering-seller?id=4792#section3
If they're more than that and it seems someone has used your account you should change your password:
