My phone listed to my personal details is defunct so preventing me from updating my personal information. I have messaged ebay twice and they have not offered any understandable assistance to date. My current ebay account is unaccessable. I have been a member since 2002 and i find access to help very tedious and difficult to speak to anybody.Any suggestions please.
