cannot click and collect item

I hit buy it now on an item without realising it was click and collect only. I am unable to collect the item due to its location. I immediately requested to cancel the order. The buyer refused and isnt responding to messages. how do I get my money back?

Click & collect is NOT collect from seller.

At ebay checkout, you select a local click & collect store near you for item to be delivered to.

Check listing, should also be delivery to your home address.

If seller means collect from them, open item not received case after 7 days.

Sorry, I used the wrong terminology, it is listed as 'Collection in person only'. So I will wait until day 8 and open an item not received case.

It is foolish of seller to not cancel as requested, as he cannot expect to have the item and keep the money, and much simpler just to refund when cancellation is requested.
