when has Ebay ever taken in to account 14 days for delivery's when a non delivery issued has be placed by a buyer ?

Well ebay allow buyers to open cases of not received within 30 days of purchasing, so 14 days is almost irrelevant.

(with the exception that a private seller now has to wait longer for payment to go from pending to complete 😣 )
