Yodel Service Update

Yodel Service Update: Monday 22nd September

 

We want to apologise to customers impacted by a software integration issue that is causing delays at up to 8% of our parcel lockers and shops.

The IT issue stems from part of the integration of InPost and Yodel’s networks. Whilst there are no issues for most customers, we have encountered a glitch impacting some locations that requires reworking.

Engineers are now working with our teams to fix this as quickly as possible. We expect to have overcome the problem by Wednesday at the latest. To reduce delays, we have taken the decision to pause deliveries at the impacted lockers and shops.

Obviously, we understand your disappointment, but please be assured we will resolve this. We are very sorry for this unexpected delay.
